10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAZY GREASE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

  • Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt good-faith resolution.
  • Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
  • Venue: Arbitration hearings will be held in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless the parties agree otherwise.

13. International Users

We operate the Site from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws, including data-protection regulations, export controls, and economic-sanctions rules.

14. Changes to the Site
